Primary Therapist

Throughout my career as a Licensed Master Social Worker, I have provided case management services, individual therapy, and group therapy in the Rochester area. Prior to my employment at Westfall Associates, I have gained experience working with diverse adults with substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, and chronic illnesses in community based outpatient settings. I also have experience providing mental health therapy to LGBT individuals.

My education background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Elmira College and a Master’s in Social Work from Syracuse University. I have actively attended trainings to further my knowledge in the field such as through Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Training and Behavioral Analysis for the Therapist, and Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (TREM) trainings.

I am passionate about the work I do and believe in the power of individual and group therapy. I have been fortunate to be a part of the journeys of many individuals over the course of my career and am honored to be able to do so now and in the future, with those at Westfall Associates. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and traveling.
