I have provided psycho therapeutic services to adults and adolescents in the context of Group, Individual and Family Therapy for over 20 years. After graduating from SUNY Albany with my Bachelor’s Degree and from SUNY Brockport with my Master’s Degree in Counseling, I have worked in chemical dependency and dual diagnosis settings as the Director of the Conifer Park Outpatient Program, and as a therapist at Catholic Family Center and Unity Behavioral Health. I practice Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe in the power of therapy and its ability to promote growth, heal, support, provide and enhance perspective and above all foster hope in an atmosphere that is safe and supportive.
Therapy is a wonderful tool to help you during a confusing or frightening time in your life. If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through some challenging situations or you’re ready to move in another direction with your addiction, I look forward to joining you on this journey. I believe that everyone is capable of making the choices and changes in their lives which will maximize their potential.
I currently live in Perinton with my husband, Pat, and have a very rich life with my loving family and wonderful friends.
