What to Expect

The first step is a comprehensive evaluation with one of our therapists. The evaluation process is aimed primarily at determining the severity of the problem, contributing factors, history of use, barriers, opportunities, and motivational stage, forming the basis from which recommendations can be made. A similar process is used for family members seeking help for themselves or a loved one.

The course and type of services we may recommend are tailored to the unique needs of our clients, as determined from the evaluation and modified as needed on an ongoing basis.

Treatment and recovery support services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians in the areas of counseling, psychiatry and nursing, who specialize in mental health and chemical dependence. Each of our clients is matched with a primary therapist beginning with the evaluation, who serve as their main guide throughout care. Our intake staff makes every effort to link clients with a primary therapist best suited to their needs.

Our sincere hope is that we are able to help all of our clients find the means they need to successfully address their unique circumstances, over their lifetime.
